采用硅胶柱色谱和高效液相色谱等方法 ,对两头尖的化学成分进行了研究 ,从中分离得到两个化合物 ,经化学及IR ,ESI MS ,1HNMR ,13 CNMR ,DEPT ,HMQC ,HMBC ,GCOSY ,TOCSY等谱学分析鉴定其结构分别为 :3 O α L arabinopyranosyl( 1→ 3 ) α L rhamnopyranosyl( 1→ 2 ) [β D glucopyranosyl( 1→ 4) ] α L arabinopyranosyloleanolicacid 2 8 O α L rhamnopyranosyl( 1→ 4) β D glucopyranosyl( 1→ 6) β D glucopyranoside ( 1) ,3 O β D glucopyranosyl( 1→ 4) β D glucopyranosyl( 1→3 ) α L rhamnopyranosyl( 1→ 2 ) α L arabinopyranosyloleanolicacid 2 8 O α L rhamnopyranosyl( 1→ 4) β D glucopyranosyl( 1→ 6) β D glucopyranoside ( 2 ) ,该两个化合物为新化合物 ,分别命名为 :多被银莲花皂苷 16(Raddeanoside 16)和多被银莲花皂苷 17(Raddeanoside 17) .
The chemical constituents of both tips were separated by silica gel column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Two compounds were isolated and identified by chemical and IR, ESI MS, 1HNMR, 13CNMR, DEPT, HMQC, HMBC, GCOSY, TOCSY and other spectroscopic analysis identified the structure as follows: 3 O α L arabinopyranosyl (1 → 3) α L rhamnopyranosyl (1 → 2) [β D glucopyranosyl (1 → 4)] α L arabinopyranosyloleanolicacid 2 8 O α L rhamnopyranosyl → 4) β D glucopyranosyl (1 → 6) β D glucopyranoside (1), 3 O β D glucopyranosyl (1 → 4) β D glucopyranosyl (1 → 3) α L rhamnopyranosyl (1 → 2) α L arabinopyranosyloleanolicacid 2 8 O α L rhamnopyranosyl (1 → 4) β D glucopyranoside (1 → 6) β D glucopyranoside (2), which are new compounds named as Raddeanoside 16, Raddeanoside 17.
