大量的建设、交通和运载工具等工程问题都需要风洞实验室加以解决,而在风洞工程建设中,对风洞内表面的表面平整度具有很高的要求。目前国内很多风洞不能满足试验的需求,导致要排队做实验,最终导致延长建筑工期。为了检测风洞内表面平整度,以厦门理工学院多功能风洞为研究区域,采用Faro Scene和Matlab,扫描得到风洞侧墙和顶墙的点云数据,并将该数据进行平面拟合分析墙面的平整度,为风洞质量检测提供了决策分析的依据。
A large number of engineering problems such as construction, transportation and delivery vehicles need to be solved by wind tunnel laboratories. In the construction of wind tunnels, there are high requirements on the surface smoothness of wind tunnel inner surfaces. At present, many wind tunnels in the country can not meet the needs of the experiment, leading to queuing experiments, which eventually leads to an extension of the construction period. In order to detect the flatness of the inner surface of the wind tunnel, taking the multi-functional wind tunnel of Xiamen University of Technology as the research area, the point cloud data of the sidewall and the top wall of the wind tunnel were scanned by using Faro Scene and Matlab, and the data was subjected to the plane fitting analysis The flatness of the wall provides the basis for the decision analysis of wind tunnel quality inspection.
