以某发动机罩内板为例,进行了拉延工序的工艺设计。利用板料成形分析有限元软件DYNAFORM对拉延成形过程进行了数值模拟,预测和分析了无拉延筋和有拉延筋的质量缺陷。以压边力和拉延筋分布为参考因素,从力学原理方面研究了其对发动机罩内板成形的影响。由模拟分析结果确定的压边力和拉延筋布置能大大提高发动机罩内板的成形质量。
Taking a hood inner panel as an example, the process design of drawing process was carried out. The forming process of the drawing process is numerically simulated by the finite element analysis software DYNAFORM of sheet metal forming. The quality defects of non-drawbead and drawbead are predicted and analyzed. Based on the reference of blank holder force and drawbead distribution, the influence on the inner panel forming of the hood was studied from the mechanics principle. The blank holder force and drawbead arrangement determined by the results of simulation analysis can greatly improve the forming quality of the hood inner panel.
