近年来,企业文化已经成为中国社会的热点话题,经过各方人士努力,企业文化建设已经取得了可喜的成绩,但总体上仍处于初级阶段,许多人对企业文化还存有模糊认识。因此,如何加强理论引导,扫清企业文化建设中的思想障碍,就成为本刊推进企业文化建设的首要任务。最近有幸邀请到著名理论家、企业文化专家贾春峰教授作客本社,请他发表独到见解,帮助人们理清思路,清除思想障碍。
In recent years, corporate culture has become a hot topic in Chinese society. With the efforts of all parties, corporate culture has made gratifying achievements. However, it is still in the initial stage as a whole, and many people still have a vague understanding of corporate culture. Therefore, how to strengthen theoretical guidance and clear the ideological obstacles in the construction of corporate culture, has become the magazine’s priority to promote corporate culture. Recently, I was fortunate enough to invite Professor Jia Chunfeng, a famous theoretician and corporate culture expert, to visit this Society and invite him to express his unique opinions and help people to clear their minds and clear their ideological obstacles.
