目的:探讨单采血小板献血者的招募和管理工作方法,建立低危、稳固的单采血小板自愿无偿献血者队伍,确保临床急救用血需求。方法:招募宣传注重针对性,招募工作贯穿人性化服务和实施制度化、程序化管理。结果:建立单采血小板自愿无偿献血者队伍,实现临床单采血小板用血自愿无偿献血率100%。结论:采取多样灵活的宣传途径,有针对性加强宣传和坚持人性化的服务理念以及严格执行规范化的管理程序,是单采血小板献血者的招募和管理工作步入健康、持续发展轨道的关键所在。
Objective: To explore the recruitment and management methods of blood platelet donors, and establish a low-risk and stable voluntary voluntary blood donor donation for apheresis, to ensure blood demand for clinical emergency use. Method: Recruitment and promotion focus on targeted, recruitment work runs through humanized services and institutionalized, programmatic management. RESULTS: A voluntary unpaid voluntary donor blood donor was established to achieve 100% blood voluntary voluntary blood donation for clinical apheresis platelets.
