目前,财务共享受到越来越多的企业,特别是跨国公司、集团企业的青睐。据统计,在世界500强企业中,已经实现或者正在实施财务共享的企业已经达到50%,而财富100强的企业高达80%建立了财务共享服务中心。例如,微软、IBM、宝洁、中兴、中国电信等等。随着科技的进步,在新时代下云计算技术,使得数据储存能力和计算分析能力都有了较大的提升,在保障数据安全的前提下,为公司的快速发展做好了技术支撑。本文首先介绍了财务共享服务中心发展现状、云计算的优势,并基于设计原则进行应用设计,希望可以推动我国公司的财务共享服务中心的快速发展。
At present, financial sharing is favored by more and more enterprises, especially multinational corporations and group enterprises. According to statistics, among Fortune 500 companies, the number of enterprises that have already achieved or are implementing financial sharing has reached 50%, while up to 80% of the Fortune 100 companies have established financial sharing service centers. For example, Microsoft, IBM, Procter & Gamble, ZTE, China Telecom and more. With the advancement of science and technology, the cloud computing technology under the new era has greatly improved both the data storage capability and the computing and analysis capabilities. Under the premise of ensuring data security, the technical support for the rapid development of the company has been well established. This article first introduces the current situation of financial sharing service center, the advantages of cloud computing and application design based on design principles, hoping to promote the rapid development of our company’s financial sharing service center.
