音频电疗法是文化大革命中产生的一种新的物理疗法,最先是由上海华山医院创用。我们从1973年底开始到现在,共治疗了肠粘连、疤痕硬结、周围性神经损伤等135例,其中资料较完整88例,有效率达93.1％,其中显效率67％,疗效较好,深受病者欢迎,现将结果报导如下:临床资料治疗病例共分三个组:第一组:肠粘连23例,病因均系腹部手术或盆腔术后遗症。病程最长3年,最短2周。都具有腹痛,局部压痛等。第二组:疤痕硬结43例,包括甲状腺术后、腹部手术后、四肢外伤疤痕。第三组:其他22例,包括外伤性关节炎、硬皮病、药物注射吸收不良、周围性神经损伤、截瘫、腹部慢性炎症包块等。治疗方法我们采用上海医疗器械八厂生产的DLY-1
Electro-acoustic therapy is a new physical therapy produced during the Cultural Revolution, first created by Shanghai Huashan Hospital. From the end of 1973 to the present, we treated a total of 135 cases of intestinal adhesion, scar induration and peripheral nerve injury. Among them, 88 cases were complete, with an effective rate of 93.1%, of which the effective rate was 67% and the curative effect was better. Patients are welcome, the results reported as follows: Clinical data The treatment of patients is divided into three groups: The first group: 23 cases of intestinal adhesion, the cause is abdominal surgery or pelvic surgery sequelae. The second group: 43 cases of scar induration, including thyroid surgery, abdominal surgery, limb trauma scars. The third group: the other 22 cases, including traumatic arthritis, scleroderma, drug injection malabsorption, peripheral nerve injury, paraplegia, abdominal mass of chronic inflammation and so on.
