近年来,高校教学改革的呼声也不绝于耳,法学教育也不例外。民事诉讼法作为法学核心主干课程之一,各大学的法学院系应时代的要求对这门课程的教学改革都进行了有益的尝试,获取了很多经验,但同时也存在不足。本文拟针对民事诉讼法教学改革中的问题、结合作者多年的教学经验,从教学体系、案例教学法、实践教学环节等三个方面提出完善的意见与建议。
In recent years, there have been endless calls for higher education reform, and legal education is no exception. As one of the core courses of law science, the civil lawsuit law department at law schools of various universities should make beneficial attempts to the teaching reform of this course at the request of the times, gaining a lot of experience, but at the same time, there are also some shortcomings. This article aims at the problems in the teaching reform of civil procedural law, combined with the author’s years of teaching experience, from the teaching system, case teaching method, practical teaching links and other aspects of improving opinions and suggestions.
