廖昌永,上海音乐学院副院长兼上海音乐学院声乐系主任,教授,硕士研究生导师,第十二届全国人大代表,九三学社第十四届上海市委委员,中国音乐家协会副主席、上海音乐家协会副主席,全国青联委员、上海青联常委。他是近年来活跃于国内外音乐舞台的最为优秀的歌唱家,也是目前活跃于世界歌剧舞台上的少数几位杰出的亚洲歌唱家之一。他多次在国内、国际重大声乐比赛中获大奖;特别是1996—1997年,在一年之内连续三次分别夺得“第41届图鲁兹国际声乐比赛”“多明
