本文应用组织抗原微波修复的SP免疫组化染色法研究了22例原发性肝癌(PHC)、10例肝内海棉状血管瘤、11例肝硬化及11例正常肝组织中P糖蛋白(PqP)的表达。22例PHC中有19例(86%)不同程度地表达了P糖蛋白阳性。11例肝硬化中5例阳性,10例海棉状血管瘤全呈阴性,11例正常肝细胞呈低到中度阳性。肝内不同病变中PqP的染色部位和强度有所不同:肝癌细胞的阳性染色主要位于细胞膜上,混合性肝癌的腺腔内膜呈阳性,肝硬化组织以细胞浆染色为主,而正常肝细胞的染色位于细胞浆内,膜无明显着色。本文结果提示PqP在肝脏病变中的表达不仅能从分子水平上客观判断肿瘤细胞的化疗敏感性、指导化疗用药而且PqP表达的部位和强度可能与肝癌的恶性进程有关。
In this paper, SP immunohistochemical staining of tissue antigen was used to study P-glycoprotein in 22 cases of primary liver cancer (PHC), 10 cases of intrahepatic hemangioma, 11 cases of liver cirrhosis and 11 cases of normal liver tissues. The results of this study suggest that the expression of PqP in hepatic lesions not only can objectively judge the chemosensitivity of tumor cells at the molecular level, but also guide the use of chemotherapy drugs. The location and intensity of PqP expression may be related to the malignant process of liver cancer.
