中海油的成功上市实现了三大国家石油公司海外上市的“满堂红”,中国石油石化行业通过上市终于实现了整个行业的重组改制,中国石油天然气股份有限公司(简称中国石油)、中国石油化工股份有限公司(简称中国石化)以及中海油三家公司在海外资本市场胜利会师,筹资共超过75亿美元,规范的法人治理结构开始运营。对于这些超大型国企来说,到海外筹资并非其最终目的,更重要的是通过上市来改变企业的体制和运行机制。
