近年来,高职教育发展迅速。但随着高职院校办学规模的扩大及专业设置的增加,高职教育质量却在逐步下降。根本原因就是真正具备高职特色专业能力的教师大量匮乏,大部分高职院校师资队伍素质普遍不高。高职教师除了要具备较高的理论知识外,还应当具备较高的实践能力,有丰富的实践经验积累。高职院校要想真正提高教育质量,切实保障教学及就业目标,就要从提高其教师的整体素质抓起,尤其是师资队伍的专业化建设。由于高职规模的扩大,及职业培养的特殊性,多数院校的师资力量均为年轻教师,其教学能力状况参差不齐,直接影响着职业人才培养的水平,随着高职院校人才培养工作的展开,青年教师专业能力培养已成为高职院校教育教学改革的重中之重。
In recent years, the rapid development of higher vocational education. Their teaching abilities are uneven and directly affect the level of professional personnel training. With the training of qualified personnel in higher vocational colleges The commencement of work and the cultivation of young teachers’ professional competence have become the most important task in the reform of education and teaching in higher vocational colleges.
