银杏外种皮水溶性成分的抗过敏作用

结果表明银杏外种皮水溶性成分100mg/kg或200mg/kg能阻止过敏介质释放及肥大细胞脱颗粒作用,并能直接拮抗过敏介质引起的豚鼠回肠平滑肌的收缩反应。

The results showed that 100 mg/kg or 200 mg/kg water soluble components of ginkgo biloba exocarp could prevent allergic media release and mast cell degranulation, and could directly antagonize the contraction response of guinea pig ileum smooth muscle induced by allergic media.
