备受瞩目、与企业关系密切的《劳动合同法》已于2007年6月29日经全国人大常委会审议通过,将自2008年1月1日起正式施行。中国是法治社会和有序市场,决然不是国门初被打开时的拓殖者和冒险家的乐园,也非本土新富者阶层无度嗜利的乐土。因而,任何违逆中国法治底线和市场公正原则的市场主体都必须尊紫法律和道德的拷问,必须为自己失范的市场行为担负其责。贪心员工的奶酪而武断攫取,随意玩笑法律而奢望免责,那是一厢情愿的臆想。
The “Labor Contract Law”, which has drawn much attention and is closely related to the enterprises, was reviewed and approved by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on June 29, 2007 and will come into effect on January 1, 2008. China is a society under the rule of law and an orderly market. It is by no means a paradise for the colonists and adventurers when the country was first opened. Therefore, any market party that violates the principle of the bottom line of the rule of law in China and the principle of fair market must respect the law and morality of the law and must bear the blame for the market behavior that has been lost. Greedy employees of the cheese and arbitrarily snapped, arbitrary joking law and hope exemption, it is wishful thinking.
