创新能力是当今社会最重要的科学素质,是智力的最高形式。小学生创新能力的培养是通过对小学生施以系统的教育和影响,使它们作为独立个体,能够着手发现有意义的新知识、新事物和新方法,掌握其中蕴涵的基本规律并具备相应能力,为将来成为创新型人才奠定素质基础。实验教学的创新对于培养学生创新能力起着举足轻重的作用。中共中央、国务院《关于深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的决定》中指出,要重视实验教学,培养学生的实际操作能力,尤其对学生创新能力的培养。因此,我们必须抓好科学实验教学。

The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council, in its “Decision on Deepening Educational Reform and Promoting Quality-oriented Education in an All-round Way,” pointed out that we should attach importance to experimental teaching and cultivate students ’practical ability to practice, especially the cultivation of students’ innovative abilities. Therefore, we must grasp scientific experiment teaching.
