市场经济与社会主义有机结合起来形成市场社会主义,在市场社会主义中效率与公平两者的关系是否协调直接关系到市场社会主义的建设与发展。效率与公平之间存在矛盾,效率原则不会自然地实现分配的公平,分配的公平也不会自然地提高效率,追求表面的公平也只会使贫富差距会愈加严重。在市场经济中,真正做到效率与公平的协调一致,有利于市场社会主义健康有序的发展,社会主义市场经济的关键在于把市场的效率原则同社会平衡原则结合在一起,社会的全面进步不仅仅体现为经济的高效率发展,而且还体现为社会平衡的实现,即效率和公平都是社会发展所追求的目标,只有把两者有机地统一起来,才能实现社会进步的最终目的。
Market economy and socialism organically combine to form market socialism.
