目的观察软弹性胶合板治疗磨牙症的近期临床效果。材料与方法为37例磨牙症患者分别制作软弹性咬合板,戴用2个月后评定治疗效果,停用3个月后复查,结果进行统计学分析。结果治疗总有效率为97.3%,停止戴用咬合板后3个月复查,无穿孔组复发率41.9%,有穿孔组复发率100%。结论软弹性咬合板能够有效矫治磨牙症,但是停用后有较高复发率。
Objective To observe the recent clinical results of soft elastic plywood in the treatment of bruxism. Materials and Methods 37 cases of bruxism patients were made of soft elastic occlusal plates, wearing two months after the assessment of the therapeutic effect, disable the review after 3 months, the results were statistically analyzed. Results The total effective rate was 97.3%. After 3 months of wearing occlusal plate, the recurrence rate was 41.9%. The recurrence rate was 100% in perforation group. Conclusion The soft elastic occlusal plate can effectively treat bruxism, but there is a higher recurrence rate after discontinuation.
