第六届全国人大常委会第24次会议审议通过的《中华人民共和国水法》是全国人民盼望已久,关系到国计民生的重要法律。是我国第一部水的大法。它的颁布、标志着水资源开发利用上的自由自在时代的结束,从而揭开了统一管理、合理开发利用水资源的新篇章。它将使我国有限的水资源更有效地服务于四个现代化建设,为人民造福,因而具有深刻的现实意义和深远的历史意义。
The Water Law of the People’s Republic of China reviewed and passed at the 24th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Sixth National People’s Congress is an important law that has long been hoped for by the people throughout the country and related to the national economy and the people’s livelihood. Is China’s first water Dafa. Its promulgation marks the end of the period of freedom and freedom in the development and utilization of water resources, thus opening a new chapter of unified management and rational development and utilization of water resources. It will enable our country’s limited water resources to serve the four modernizations more effectively for the benefit of the people and thus have profound practical significance and far-reaching historic significance.
