目的 :探讨武汉地区汉族人群醛固酮合酶 (CYP11B2 )基因 344C/T多态性频率分布特点及其与原发性高血压 (EH)的关系。方法 :以人群为基础进行EH病例 对照研究 ,应用PCR RELP技术对 2 11例武汉地区汉族人的CYP11B2基因 344C/T多态性进行分析。结果 :武汉地区汉族人群CYP11B2基因 344C/T多态性以TT和CT为主要基因型 ,C等位基因较少见 ,其频率为 2 4 % ,明显低于文献报道的欧洲白种人 (P <0 .0 1) ,亦低于日本人 (P <0 .0 5 )。CYP11B2基因 344C/T多态性与EH无明显相关性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :武汉地区汉族人群CYP11B2基因 344C/T多态性频率分布有着与欧洲白种人以及日本人不同的特点 ,且它与EH没有明显的相关性
Objective: To investigate the frequency distribution of 344C / T polymorphism of aldosterone synthase (CYP11B2) gene in Wuhan Han population and its relationship with essential hypertension (EH). Methods: A population-based EH case-control study was conducted. PCR-RFP was used to analyze 344 C / T polymorphisms of CYP11B2 gene in 211 Han Chinese population in Wuhan. Results: The 344C / T polymorphism of CYP11B2 gene in Wuhan Han population was mainly genotype TT and CT, but the C allele was rare, with a frequency of 24%, which was significantly lower than that of Caucasian Caucasian (P <0.01), also lower than Japanese (P <0.05). There was no significant correlation between 344C / T polymorphism of CYP11B2 gene and EH (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: The frequency distribution of 344C / T polymorphism of CYP11B2 gene in Chinese Han population in Wuhan is different from that of European Caucasians and Japanese, and it has no obvious correlation with EH
