目的:研究快速准确检测尿汞的方法。方法:采用高锰酸钾消解氢化物原子荧光光度法测定。结果:尿汞在0μg/L~40μg/L的范围内,线性良好,相关系数r=0.9996。检出限0.012μg/L,精密度1.0%~3.8%,回收率86%~97%。结论:方法具有灵敏度高、检出限低、线性范围宽、自动化的优点,适用于实验室批量检测职业人群尿汞含量。
Objective: To study the method of rapid and accurate detection of urinary mercury. Methods: The potassium permanganate digestion hydride atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry. Results: The urinary mercury in the range of 0μg / L ~ 40μg / L had a good linearity with a correlation coefficient of 0.9996. Detection limit of 0.012μg / L, precision of 1.0% to 3.8%, recovery of 86% to 97%. Conclusion: The method has the advantages of high sensitivity, low detection limit, wide linear range and automation. It is suitable for the batch detection of urinary mercury in occupational population in laboratory.
