中小学特级教师的健康状况不仅关系到学生的健康成长和自身的工作效率,而且还对其他教师产生心理暗示作用。由于长期从事教学工作、有科研引领压力和肩负管理工作以及个人强烈的自尊心、进取心和成就欲的驱使,当前中小学特级教师已经成为教师职业病的高发人群,亟待加强教师职业保健、科学处理教学与科研的关系以及减轻特级教师行政管理工作的负担。
The health status of primary and secondary school teachers is not only related to the healthy growth of students and their own work efficiency, but also to other teachers psychological implications. Due to long-term teaching work, scientific research leading pressure and shouldering the management work as well as individual’s strong self-esteem, enterprising and desire for achievement, the current primary and secondary special teachers have become the high incidence of occupational diseases in teachers, it is urgent to strengthen teachers’ occupational health care, The relationship with scientific research and the burden of reducing the administrative work of top-grade teachers.
