“农超对接”已不再是人们生活中的什么新名词。它减少了流通环节,农产品安全也更有保障,使消费者、农户、超市都从中受益。从2007年实行农超对接以来,参与对接的超市从9家发展到2000多家,合作社也由2家跃至15000家左右。然而,随着农超对接规模的壮大,农产品标准化的问题也更加凸显,农户和超市都普遍反映,农产品标准化问题成为摆在他们面前最难的一道考题。
“Super-docking” is no longer a new term in people’s lives. It reduces the circulation and the safety of agricultural products is also more secure, benefiting consumers, farmers and supermarkets. Since the implementation of super-docking in 2007, the number of participating supermarkets has grown from 9 to more than 2,000, and cooperatives have jumped from 2 to 15,000. However, with the enlargement of the scale of agricultural-super-docking, the problems of standardization of agricultural products are also more prominent. Farmers and supermarkets generally reflect that the standardization of agricultural products has become the hardest test for them.
