目的了解福建省致泻性大肠埃希菌分离株的流行病学特征及毒力基因携带情况,为防控感染性腹泻暴发提供客观的流行病学资料。方法 2010年6月至2016年10月通过致泻性大肠埃希菌多重PCR和单重PCR检测方法确定其致病型别,并分析其毒力基因分布。结果 2 231份粪便标本中共分离到146株致泻性大肠埃希菌,阳性率为6.54%;其中4株EPEC均为escV(+)、bfpB(+)、stx1(-)、stx2(-),65株aEPEC为escV(-)、bfpB(+)、stx1(-)、stx2(-),39株EAEC中,35株aggR(+)、3株pic(+)、1株aggR(+)、pic(+),38株ETEC中19株elt(+)、14株estIa(+)、5株elt(+)、estIa(+);男80例,女66例,<3岁的57例,占39.14%,>45岁的51例,占34.93%。结论福建省存在致泻性大肠埃希菌感染性腹泻病例,以婴幼儿和中老年为主要病例构成;致病型别以aEPEC为主,EAEC、ETEC次之,未检出EIEC、EHEC;相关毒力基因呈多态性携带情况,应加强其他感染性腹泻病例中5种致泻性大肠埃希菌监测。
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics and virulence genes of diarrhea-causing Escherichia coli isolates in Fujian Province and to provide objective epidemiological data for the prevention and control of infectious diarrhea outbreaks. Methods From June 2010 to October 2016, the pathogenicity of Escherichia coli was determined by multiplex PCR and single PCR. The virulence gene distribution was analyzed. Results A total of 146 strains of diarrhea-causing Escherichia coli were isolated from 2 231 stool samples, with a positive rate of 6.54%. Among the 4 strains of EPEC, all were escV (+), bfpB (+), stx1 (-), stx2 35 strains of aggR (+), 3 strains of pic (+), 1 strains of aggR (+) were found in 65 strains of aEPEC with escV (-), bfpB +, stx1 (-) and stx2 (- , 19 strains of elt (+), 14 strains of estIa (+), 5 strains of elt (+) and estIa (+) in 38 ETECs; 80 males and 66 females; 57 patients <3 years old , Accounting for 39.14%,> 45 years old 51 cases, accounting for 34.93%. Conclusions There are diarrhea-causing Escherichia coli-associated diarrhea cases in Fujian Province, which are mainly composed of infants, young children and middle-aged and elderly patients.
