船舶使用年限的确定,是一个重要的技术政策问题和技术经济问题,它不仅影响着船舶的更新、造价、营运性能与成本核算,而且影响着修造船工业的组成与科学技术的发展。本文根据对国内外船舶的一些调查统计,分析了各国船龄的现状,船龄对船舶性能的影响,船体的自然磨损与技术使用年限,用运输成本确定船舶使用年限,技术进步与船舶使用年限等问题,提出我国运输船舶的使用年限应从40年降低到15~20年的建议。
The determination of the useful life of a ship is an important technical policy issue and a technical and economic issue.
