目的探讨眼外伤无光感眼用玻璃体切割术治疗的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2006年1月至2007年4月来盘县第二人民医院治疗的20例眼外伤患者,共20只眼,采取标准的三通道玻璃体切除手术,观察疗效。结果 5例患者术后仍未恢复光感,光感1眼,手动10眼,眼前数指1眼,1眼视力提高至0.02,2眼视力提高至0.3。结论眼外伤无光感眼不可盲目摘除眼球,通过玻璃体视网膜手术可恢复一定的视力。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of vitrectomy for ocular trauma without light perception. Methods A retrospective analysis of 20 cases of ocular trauma patients in Liangpan County Second People’s Hospital from January 2006 to April 2007 were performed. A total of 20 eyes were treated with standard three-channel vitrectomy. The curative effect was observed. Results Five patients did not recover the light sensation after operation, one sensation of light, 10 eyes of manual, one eye of front, one eye to 0.02 and 2 eyes of 0.3. Conclusion Eye traumatic blind feeling can not blindly remove the eye, through the vitreoretinal surgery can restore a certain degree of vision.
