今年8月上旬,我们向市委、市政府提出《关于将老区建设优先纳入“十二五”规划的建议》。建议市政府及市直部门在制定规划时,对老区建设发展在项目配套、基础设施建设、科教文卫建设、产业发展及政策支持等方面实行优先安排。并建议有老区乡村的县(市、区)把老区建设优先纳入“十二五”规划。
In the first ten days of August this year, we proposed to the municipal party committee and city government that “we should give priority to the construction of old areas into the” Twelfth Five-Year Plan “. It is suggested that the municipal government and municipal departments should prioritize the construction and development of the old urban areas in terms of project support, infrastructure construction, science and education, health and education construction, industrial development and policy support when formulating plans. It is also suggested that counties (cities, districts) with old rural areas should give priority to the construction of old areas into the ”12th Five-year Plan".
