前面说到,茶在宋代被诗化、艺术化了。而这其中,武夷茶的诗化、艺术化又是最彻底的,林逋、杨亿、范仲淹、晏殊、梅尧臣、欧阳修、曾巩、苏颂、王安石、苏东坡兄弟、黄庭坚、秦观、李清照、陆游、周必大、杨万里、朱熹等著名诗人都通过诗词歌咏加入了武夷茶诗化、艺术化的行列。而在他们之中,朱熹的功劳又是最大的,因为他不仅是南宋的大诗人,也是大思想家,晚年又隐居武夷山,建“武夷精舍”
As mentioned earlier, tea was poetic and artistic in Song Dynasty. Among these, the poetry and artistry of the Wuyi tea are the most thorough. Linyi, Yang Yi, Fan Zhongyan, Yan Shu, Mei Yaochen, Ouyang Xiu, Zeng Gong, Su Song, Wang Anshi, Su Dongbo brothers, Huang Tingjian, Qin Guan, Famous poets such as Li Qingzhao, Lu You, Zhou Bida, Yang Wanli and Zhu Xi joined the ranks of poetry and artistry in Wuyi Tea through their singing of poetry. Among them, Zhu Xi’s merit is the greatest, because he is not only a great poet in the Southern Song Dynasty, but also a great thinker. In his later years, he retired to Wuyishan and built the Wuyi Mosque.
