本文较详细地研究了明胶存在下,Hg(Ⅱ)-SCN~--罗丹明B显色体系水相光度法测定痕量汞的新方法。缔合物的最大吸收峰在596nm处,汞含量在0.5~3.5μg/25mL和0~0.5μg/25mL范围内遵守比尔定律,表观摩尔吸光系数分别为8.37×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)和1.47×10~6L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),Sandell灵敏度分别为2.4×10~(-4)μg Hg/cm~2和1.36×10~(-4)μg Hg/cm~2。方法用于岩石矿物中痕量汞的测定,结果令人满意。
In this paper, a new method for the determination of trace mercury by aqueous phase spectrophotometry with Hg (Ⅱ) -SCN ~ -rhodamine B colorimetric system was studied in detail in the presence of gelatin. Beer’s law was obeyed in the range of 0.5-3.5μg / 25mL and 0-0.5μg / 25mL with the maximum absorption peak of association at 596nm. The apparent molar absorptivities were 8.37 × 10-5L · mol ~ (- 1) · cm -1 and 1.47 × 10 -6 L · mol -1 (-1) · cm -1, respectively. The sensitivity of Sandell was 2.4 × 10 -4 μg Hg / cm 2 and 1.36 × 10 ~ (-4) μg Hg / cm ~ 2. The method was applied to the determination of trace mercury in rock minerals with satisfactory results.
