本文总结经心室切口充分解除右室流出道堵塞和补片修补室缺757例四联症术后的心电图。分术后早期395例(52.18%)和晚期362例(47.82%)随访两组,重点研究四联症术后早期和晚期传导障碍和心律失常的发生率及其预后意义。
This article summarizes the intraventricular incision to fully relieve right ventricular outflow tract obstruction and patch repair room lack of 757 cases of quadricepsy after electrocardiogram. The early postoperative 395 cases (52.18%) and the late 362 cases (47.82%) were followed up to study the incidence and prognostic significance of early and late postoperative conduction defects and arrhythmia in patients with tetralogy of Fallot.
