流行的观点认为,银行与证券市场发展之间存在着一个相悖问题,即两者之间相互转嫁危机,激化矛盾。但是,我们发现,国有银行体系的风险化解与证券市场的渐进改革之间并不矛盾,甚至,两者之间相互配合、相互补充,只要政策适当,完全可以做到良性互动,理性共赢……
The prevailing view holds that there is a contradiction between the development of banks and the securities market, that is, the two pass the crisis on each other and intensify the contradictions. However, we find that there is no contradiction between the resolution of the risks in the state-owned banking system and the gradual reform of the securities market. Even the two are mutually reinforcing and complementing each other. As long as the policies are appropriate, it is entirely possible to achieve positive interaction and win-win results. ...
