目的观察复方甘草酸苷、利福喷丁、左氧氟沙星三药联合身痛逐瘀汤加减治疗慢性布鲁氏菌病骨关节疼痛的疗效,从而找到治疗慢性布鲁氏菌病的最佳方法和疗程天数。方法复方甘草酸苷、利福喷丁、左氧氟沙星三药联合身痛逐瘀汤加减治疗慢性布鲁氏菌病伴骨关节疼痛病人67例,对照组62例给予常规治疗,同期观察其疗效。结果复方甘草酸苷、利福喷丁、左氧氟沙星三药联合身痛逐瘀汤加减治疗慢性布鲁氏菌病伴骨关节疼痛病人67例,3个疗程治愈率达到91.04%,优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.005,P=0.012)。结论复方甘草酸苷、利福喷丁、左氧氟沙星片三药联合身痛逐瘀汤加减治疗慢性布鲁氏菌病伴骨关节疼痛病人可以达到理想的治疗效果。
Objective To observe the curative effect of compound glycyrrhizin, rifapentine and levofloxacin combined with Shen Tong Zhu Yu Decoction on treating chronic brucellosis and joint pain, so as to find out the best method and course of treatment for chronic brucellosis Days. Methods 67 cases of chronic Brucellosis with bone and joint pain were treated with compound glycyrrhizin, rifapentine and levofloxacin combined with Shen Tong Zhuyu Decoction, and 62 cases in control group were treated routinely. The curative effect was observed in the same period. The results of compound glycyrrhizin, rifapentine, levofloxacin combined with Shen Tongzhuyu Decoction treatment of chronic brucellosis with bone and joint pain in 67 patients, three courses of cure rate was 91.04%, better than the control group, The difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 11.005, P = 0.012). Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin, rifapentine and levofloxacin tablets combined with Shen Tong Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of chronic brucellosis patients with bone and joint pain can achieve the desired therapeutic effect.
