2017年6月2日,天津市第十六届人民代表大会常务委员会第三十六次会议修订通过了《天津市住房公积金管理条例》,自2017年10月1日起施行。新条例依据国家法律、行政法规,结合我市住房公积金管理的实际情况,在保持现行条例架构不变的基础上,对原条例进行了修订,修订后的条例共八章57条。此次修订对于进一步规范住房公积金管理,更好地维护职工合法权益具有重要意义。
On June 2, 2017, the 36th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 16th People’s Congress of Tianjin revised and approved the Regulations on the Management of Housing Fund in Tianjin, which came into force on October 1, 2017. The new regulations in accordance with national laws and administrative regulations, combined with the actual situation of housing fund management in our city, while maintaining the current structure of the Ordinance unchanged, the original regulations were amended, the revised regulations a total of eight chapters 57. This revision is of great significance to further standardize the management of housing provident fund and better safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees.
