对自然条件下大血藤叶片生化成分的动态变化进行了研究 ,结果表明 :大血藤叶片可溶性糖、淀粉和总糖含量的动态变化有相同的趋势 ,在叶片生长季节早期含量较低 ,随着叶片的生长发育 ,其含量逐渐上升 ,至 8月达到最大值后逐渐下降。叶片总糖含量与日均净光合速率的季节变化呈极显著的正相关。在整个生长季节中 ,可溶性糖含量比淀粉高。大血藤叶片总蛋白含量季节性变化呈单峰曲线 ,在展叶初期含量较低 ;随后迅速上升 ,在 6月初达到最大值后逐渐下降 ,落叶前降至最低点。可溶性蛋白质含量的季节性变化曲线与总蛋白含量基本相似。 DNA含量在叶生长初期大幅度上升 ,至 6月达到高峰后迅速下降 ,以后基本趋向稳定。RNA在叶生长初期有所上升 ,峰值也出现在 6月 ,以后缓慢下降 ,到 9月降至最低值 ,在落叶前又有所回升。总核酸含量的季节变化与 RNA变化相似。 RNA/ DNA比值在生长季节中出现 3次高峰。大血藤叶片总黄酮含量季节性变化呈“双峰”型 ,第 1高峰期在开花期的 5月 ,第 2高峰期在秋季的 9月份
The dynamic changes of the biochemical composition of Spatholobus suberectus leaves under natural conditions were studied. The results showed that the dynamic changes of soluble sugar, starch and total sugar content in leaves of Spatholobus suberectus had the same trend, and the content was lower in the early leaf growing season. With the growth and development of the leaves, their contents gradually increased and gradually decreased after reaching the maximum value in August. There was a very significant positive correlation between the total sugar content of the leaves and the seasonal variation of the daily net photosynthetic rate. During the whole growing season, soluble sugar content is higher than starch. The seasonal changes of total protein content in leaves of Sagitta granulophylla showed a single-peak curve, which was lower in the early stage of leaf development and then increased rapidly. After reaching its maximum value at the beginning of June, it gradually decreased and fell to the lowest point before falling into leaves. The seasonal variation curve of soluble protein content is basically similar to the total protein content. The DNA content increased significantly during the initial period of leaf growth and declined rapidly after reaching the peak in June, and then basically stabilized afterwards. RNA rose during the initial period of leaf growth, and peaks also appeared in June. Afterwards, the peak value of the RNA declined slowly. It fell to the lowest value in September and rose again before falling leaves. Seasonal changes in total nucleic acid content are similar to changes in RNA. The RNA/DNA ratio peaked three times during the growing season. Seasonal changes of total flavonoids content in the leaves of Sagittaria serrata were “double-peak”, with the first peak at the flowering stage of May and the second peak at the fall of September.
