本文首先论述了公安创新人才的重大意义 ,即培养公安创新人才是适应知识经济新时代公安工作的需要 ,培养创新人才能极大地提高公安民警的素质 ;培养公安创新人才能极大地提高公安工作效率。接着文章从四个方面论述了培养公安创新人才的途径 ,即改变轻视公共课的现象 ,努力使学生掌握牢固、扎实的基础知识 ;改变纯“灌输”的教学方法 ,培养学生的创新意识 ;改变单纯注重书本知识的倾向 ,培养学生获取新知识的能力 ;改变轻视思维训练的现象 ,培养学生创新思维能力。
This article first discusses the great significance of public security innovative talents, that is, to train public security innovative talents to adapt to the needs of public security work in the new era of knowledge-based economy.
