目的实现消灭脊髓灰质炎目标。方法通过加强领导,健全机构,采取高水平脊髓灰质炎疫苗常规基础免疫接种,实行AFP病例监测。结果提高了人群免疫水平,消除了免疫薄弱区和免疫空白点,建立了牢固的免疫屏障,有效地阻断了脊髓灰质炎野病毒循环。该市已连续8年无脊髓灰质炎病例发生。结论郴州市无脊髓灰质炎工作取得显著效果,实现了无脊髓灰质炎目标。
Objective To achieve the goal of eradicating poliomyelitis. Methods AFP cases were monitored by strengthening leadership and improving institutions by routine immunization with high-level polio vaccine. The results improved the immune level of the population, eliminating the immune weak spots and immune blank spots, establishing a solid immune barrier, effectively blocking the polio wild loop. The city has been polio-free for eight consecutive years. Conclusion The polio-free work in Chenzhou achieved remarkable results, achieving the goal of no polio.
