当前社区警务工作中由于机制、保障、工作模式等方面的问题,严重制约和影响社区警务工作的开展,要充分发挥社区警务维护治安稳定的基础性作用,本文认为必须从建立完善新的社区警务工作机制、构建和谐警民关系、建立和谐社区入手,不断改进社区警务工作,实现社区警务服务实战效能的最大化,不断推动社会治安管理工作的发展和进步。
In the current community policing work, the basic role of community policing in maintaining law and order stability is severely restricted and impeded by the problems of mechanism, security and work mode. This paper argues that it is necessary to establish a sound Community policing mechanism, building a harmonious relationship between the police and civilians, establishing a harmonious community to start, and constantly improve community policing work to achieve the actual effectiveness of community policing services to maximize efficiency and continue to promote the development of social security management and progress.
