目的 探讨头颈部肿瘤选择性动脉内治疗技术及价值。方法 对 19例颅内外肿瘤进行了 2 2次选择性动脉栓塞或化疗 ,其中区域性化疗 13例次 ,血管内栓塞 12例。结果 所有病人治疗后症状均有不同程度的好转 ,且栓后肿瘤染色部分或全部消失、供血动脉闭塞 ;未出现严重并发症。再行病变切除时发现病变退缩、术中失血少 ,病理显示病灶及周边血管栓塞和血栓性脉管炎。结论 血管内介入治疗是头颈部肿瘤一种安全有效的辅助性疗法
Objective To explore the selective intra-arterial therapy of head and neck cancer and its value. Methods Twenty - nine cases of extracranial and intracranial tumors were treated with selective arterial embolization or chemotherapy, including 13 cases of regional chemotherapy and 12 cases of endovascular embolization. Results All the patients had some improvement in symptoms after treatment, and some or all of the tumors disappeared after the embolization, and the blood supply artery was occluded. No serious complications occurred. Lesions resection lesions were found retrograde, intraoperative blood loss less, the pathology showed lesions and peripheral vascular embolism and thrombotic vasculitis. Conclusion Endovascular interventional therapy is a safe and effective adjuvant therapy for head and neck cancer
