本文对１９８７～１９９２年从８５２０例急性腹泻粪便中分离的３４６８株志贺氏菌属分布进行了动态研究及流行病学分析。结果不同年度均以日群为首平均占６７．３％，Ｄ群次之为３０．５％；对Ｂ群中１８６０株菌的分型鉴定显示各年度平均比例以２ａ居首占４５．４％，３ａ次之占１８．７％，但不同年度Ｂ群亚型分布有较大变迁。结果也显示不同季节、年龄组和性别间菌群菌型分布也有显著性差异。
In this paper, the dynamic distribution and epidemiological analysis of 3468 Shigella isolated from 8520 cases of acute diarrhea in 1987 ~ 1992 were studied. Results The results showed that the average annual percentage was 67.3% in different years and 30.5% in group D, and the genotyping of 1860 strains in group B showed that the average proportion in each year was 2a (45.4%), , 3a times accounted for 18.7%, but the B group subtype distribution in different years has a greater change. The results also showed that there was also a significant difference in the distribution of bacteria in different seasons, age groups and genders.
