现行高职教学质量评价体系表现出了教学意见反馈途径单一化,教学质量调研表面化、分散化,师生关系的建立与维护处于自发状态,教师教学管理缺乏鼓励性政策等问题。针对这些问题,笔者所在学院提出“两中心、三途径、五手段”立体化质量评价体系,以学生、教师为中心,通过每月教学质量之星评选活动、教学检查、听课等三种途径,运用座谈会、问卷调查、WEB在线调查、设立信箱、科学讲坛等五种手段,对教学进行持续、稳定的监督,对教师的教学做出深入、综合的评价。
The current teaching quality evaluation system of higher vocational colleges shows that teaching feedback is simple, teaching quality research is surface and decentralized, the establishment and maintenance of teacher-student relationship is in a spontaneous state, and teachers’ teaching management lacks of encouraging policies. In response to these problems, the author’s college proposed three-dimensional quality evaluation system of “two centers, three approaches and five means”. Students, teachers as the center, through the monthly teaching quality star selection activities, teaching checks, lectures and other three Ways, using forums, questionnaires, WEB online survey, the establishment of mailboxes, scientific forums, five kinds of means, the teaching of continuous and stable supervision of teachers teaching to make in-depth, comprehensive evaluation.
