以漳村煤矿2302工作面为工程背景,在切眼处实施支护解除,并与相邻采区的2202工作面(切眼支护未解除)进行效果对比分析。工作面初次跨落步距和周期来压步距明显减小,切眼周围巷道压力也明显减小,有利于工作面初放期间的矿压管理。在切眼处实施支护解除,还缩小了后方保护煤柱的宽度,增加了工作面的出煤量,为煤矿企业带来直接的经济效益。
Taking Zhangcun Coal Mine 2302 working face as the engineering background, the support was removed at the cut-out area and compared with 2202 working face of the adjacent mining area (the cut-eye support was not released). The initial step-by-step separation of the working face and the step-by-step pressure step are obviously reduced, and the pressure of the roadway around the cut eye is also obviously reduced, which is in favor of the underground pressure management during the initial working face opening. In the cut eye implementation of support to lift, but also reduces the width of the back of the protection of coal pillars, increasing the coal out of the face, for coal mining enterprises to bring direct economic benefits.
