大肠癌是一种常见的消化道肿瘤,尽管其并非都在老年期发病,但芝加哥大学等近年来观察表明,直肠癌手术病人60岁以上者竟占2/3,70岁以上占1/4。据上海统计本病已从1966年的6.66/10万增加到1983年的20/10万。为了更好的掌握本病的临床特点提高早期诊断率,本文对我院1984～1988年经纤维结肠镜及手术病理证实的大肠癌患者54例进行了分析。临床资料本组男31例,女23例,年龄50～
Colorectal cancer is a common digestive tract tumor. Although it is not all in the elderly, recent observations from the University of Chicago show that patients with rectal cancer surgery account for two-thirds of those over the age of 60, and those over the age of 70 account for 1/4 of the patients. . According to Shanghai statistics, the disease has increased from 6.66/100,000 in 1966 to 20/100,000 in 1983. In order to better grasp the clinical features of this disease and improve the early diagnosis rate, this article analyzed 54 patients with colorectal cancer confirmed by colonoscopy and surgical pathology in our hospital from 1984 to 1988.
