近些年,在房屋建筑中,工程质量监理工作是十分重要。在施工过程中,任何一个部位、任何一个环节出现问题,都会影响工程的整体质量,引发严重的后果。监理工程师要搞好房屋建筑工程施工质量控制,在监理过程中了解工程质量检测的内容,掌握工程质量检测的监理方法,做好工程质量检测监理工作。而房屋建筑工程施工质量是市民普遍都需要关注的问题,因此,在房建工程质量监督上还要认真探究原因,并采取相应的措施来减少施工事故的发生。本文就房建施工中的监理工作进行了详细的阐述。
