48例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为治疗组24例,口服替米沙坦40mg,1次/日,同时静脉滴注黄芪注射液30ml,每日1次;对照组24例,只口服替米沙坦40mg,1次/日,疗程均为30日。测定两组患者治疗前后24小时尿白蛋白排泄率。结果:治疗组24小时尿白蛋白排泄率明显低于对照组。结论:黄芪注射液联合替米沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病可有效降低尿蛋白。
48 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into treatment group 24 cases, telmisartan 40mg, 1 times / day, at the same time intravenous infusion of Astragalus injection 30ml once daily; control group of 24 patients, only oral telmisar Tan 40mg, 1 time / day, treatment are 30 days. Urine albumin excretion rate was measured 24 hours before and after treatment in both groups. Results: The urinary albumin excretion rate of 24 hours in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion: Astragalus injection combined with telmisartan in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy can effectively reduce urinary protein.
