笔者在中药材质量检查时,曾多次发现红参泛白霜现象,提出处理看法。有人认为红参表面生白粉,是红参种植地区土质中一种成分所致,不是发霉。笔者已从事四十余年工作实践,不论从同仁交谈中,还是资料查阅未发现此类介绍。由此,对此现象于1994年进行贮藏试验。 1994年2月28日同一批红参一公斤,分成两份,将一大部份放入石灰箱内,将另一小部份红参同时间
In the inspection of the quality of Chinese herbal medicines, the author has repeatedly found that the phenomenon of red ginseng bloom white frost, put forward the treatment of views. Some people think that the white powder on the surface of red ginseng is caused by a component in the soil of the red ginseng planting area, and it is not moldy. The author has been engaged in more than 40 years of work practice. No such introduction has been found in conversations with colleagues or in data review. As a result, this phenomenon was tested in storage in 1994. On February 28, 1994, one kilogram of the same red ginseng was divided into two parts. One part was put into a lime box, and the other part was a red ginseng at the same time.
