国有企业是我国经济组成中重要部分,其财务管理存在诸多问题,监督机制也存在完善的空间。本文将结合当下我国国有企业财务监督机制中存在的问题,从基本架构、建立方法和配套措施三个方面提出完善和建立的方法。
State-owned enterprises are an important part of China’s economic composition. There are many problems in their financial management and there is room for improvement in the supervision mechanism. This article will combine the existing problems in China’s state-owned enterprises financial supervision mechanism, and put forward the methods of improvement and establishment from three aspects: basic structure, establishment method and supporting measures.
