高校大学生艺术团是实施高校素质教育的重要载体。它不仅丰富了高校的校园文化生活,而且提高了大学生的文化艺术修养。近年来,随着新建本科院校,特别是民办高校的办学日趋成熟,很多民办高校加强了学生的艺术教育工作。本文浅析民办工科院校大学生艺术团建设工作,尝试解决民办工科院校在大学生艺术团工作中出现的困惑和瓶颈,推动民办工科院校大学生艺术团的发展。
College Students’ Troupe is an Important Carrier of Implementing Quality Education in Colleges and Universities. It not only enriches the campus cultural life of colleges and universities, but also enhances the cultural and artistic accomplishments of undergraduates. In recent years, with the newly established undergraduate colleges and universities, especially privately-run colleges and universities running more mature, many private colleges and universities to strengthen students’ art education. This article analyzes the construction of art troupes for undergraduates in private engineering colleges and universities, trying to solve the puzzles and bottlenecks that private undergraduates and colleges make in the art troupes of undergraduates and promoting the development of art troupes for undergraduates in engineering colleges.
