研究结果表明,包装组工人染色体畸变和姐妹染色单体互换率显著高于对照组,但未见接触组工人淋巴细胞分裂周期延迟。作者认为,敌敌畏对人体具有弱诱变活性。
The results showed that the chromosome aberration and the sister chromatid exchange rate of the packing group workers were significantly higher than that of the control group, but there was no delay of lymphocyte division cycle in the contact group workers. The author believes that dichlorvos have weak mutagenic activity on the human body.
