临床资料患者,男,18岁。发现龟头近尿道口处起囊肿1年。患者1年前洗澡时发现阴茎腹侧起一粟粒大肤色丘疹,无自觉症状,一直未来就诊。后皮损逐渐增大为半透明囊肿,于2012年7月12日来我部就诊。患者既往体健,无系统性疾病及其他皮肤病史,无药物过敏史。体格检查:一般情况好,各系统检查无异常,全身淋巴结未触及增大。皮肤科情况:生殖器发育正常,龟头近尿道口下方系带处见一绿豆大
