大别山片区内四所高职院校在专业建设、平台搭建、农科教统筹模式创新和研发能力等方面形成了诸多服务农业现代化行之有效的做法,值得总结与推广。基于实证分析和比较分析的视角,提出涉农高职院校专业设置与区域产业集群要高度契合、整合扶贫开发资源和职业教育资源和形成人才交流、项目合作、成果共享合作机制建设三条改进策略。
Four vocational colleges in the Dabieshan Area have formed a number of effective practices for serving agricultural modernization in fields such as professional construction, platform construction, innovation in agricultural co-ordination model and research and development capabilities, which are worthy of summarizing and promoting. Based on the analysis of empirical analysis and comparative analysis, this paper proposes three improved strategies such as highly-oriented professional agriculture-related vocational colleges and regional industrial clusters, integration of poverty alleviation and development resources and vocational education resources, and establishment of cooperation mechanisms for personnel exchange, project cooperation and achievement sharing .
