目的:观察四君子汤对脾虚大鼠一般状态、尿D-木糖排泄率、小肠黏膜ATP含量的影响。方法:利血平所致脾虚大鼠分为模型对照组和四君子汤组,另设正常对照组。对溴苯胺法测定尿D-木糖排泄率,生物发光法测定小肠黏膜ATP含量,并分析尿木糖排泄率与小肠黏膜ATP含量改变的相关性。结果:与正常对照组比较,造模后大鼠体质量和尿D-木糖排泄率下降(P<0.01);与模型组比较,经四君子汤治疗后尿D-木糖排泄率提高(P<0.05);造模后大鼠小肠黏膜ATP含量与正常对照组比较无明显差异。尿木糖排泄率改变与小肠黏膜ATP含量改变呈正相关。结论:四君子汤能改善脾虚大鼠木糖吸收功能,但对小肠能量代谢指标ATP含量无明显影响;脾虚大鼠尿木糖排泄率降低可伴随小肠黏膜ATP含量降低。
Objective: To observe the effect of Sijunzi Decoction on general state of rats with spleen deficiency, urinary D-xylose excretion rate and ATP content of intestinal mucosa. Methods: Reserpine-induced spleen deficiency rats were divided into model control group and Sijunzitang group, another set of normal control group. The urinary D-xylose excretion rate was measured by the method of p-bromoaniline and the ATP content of intestinal mucosa by bioluminescence method. The correlation between excretion rate of urinary xylose and ATP content in intestinal mucosa was analyzed. Results: Compared with the normal control group, the body mass and urinary D-xylose excretion rate decreased (P <0.01) in model rats. Compared with the model group, the excretion rate of D-xylose in urine increased <0.05). There was no significant difference in the content of ATP in the intestinal mucosa between the model group and the normal control group after modeling. Urinary xylose excretion rate changes and small intestinal mucosa ATP content changes was positively correlated. Conclusion: Sijunzi Decoction can improve xylose absorption in rats with spleen deficiency, but has no obvious effect on ATP content in small intestine. Excretion of urinary xylose in spleen deficiency rats may be associated with decreased ATP content in small intestine mucosa.
